i hate O2

super duper on fire!!! aRRR!!!! was actually in very good mood today!! then suddenly after i got home i saw the O2 phone bill.. wah lao... £43.. that is like how ex!! stupid O2.. i called them a month ago and say that i want to cancel my contract cos it is finishing.. then they say it will finish in may.. so fine i will haf to pay £15 until may.. so ok i dont mind.. but now what.. they then decided to say that my discount plan finish in feb but my contract ends in may!! for fuck sake it is a 12 month contract!!! what the hell.. wasted an hour talking to them on the phone!!! UNREASONABLEEE!!!!! cos i got the free phone they offered in may THEY GAVE IT TO ME IN MAY!! so my contract ends in may!! that is not what the O2 person told me last year!! extra £45 is a lot of money!!!! I HATE O2!!!!! i am going to write in to complain la!! and their complain has to be done by post!! FREAKING STUPID!!!! and i dont like to be con!!! I HATE O2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
